When you get the phone calls from your kids school saying that your little boy or girl is in the nurses office and you have to puck them up... you don't need permission to leave the computer. When you parents car broke done in the middle of the day you can always drop what you are doing and go help.<br><br>When you want to schedule your lunch break around your spouse's break... it's freedom at it's finest!
