Hi Val, you have to have a minimum of 25 people liking your page, for you to have a personalized url. If that is not the case, look forward to learn what you found out.

For some reason my Fan page created cannot customized the url, I'm wondering on how to change this..I will try and look for it in their help forum hopefully I can fix it and share it with you guys. Thanks!
