I am sure you know people have VERY short attention spans when they are browsing online. So, it is very important to make things simple and easy for your audience in this world of online marketing.
One of the simple but MOST important thing you could do is to make your website url’s clickable.
Here is a short tutorial :
HTML Code to insert a Hyperlink
<a href=http://yoururlhere>What you want to show here</a>
Few more basic HTML codes for you:
Bold – <B>Text you want to bold</B>
Italics – <I>Text you want to italicize </I>
Underline - <U>word you want to underline</U>
You do not need to know a bunch of HTML codes to be successful in online marketing, but if you ask me what is the most important HTML code you need in online marketing I’d say – Hyperlinking.
