Human beings are creatures of habits. We have formed so many habits over the years; we don’t even believe they are habits.
In order to manage your time effectively and be productive you need to form some new habits. Forming a new habit is not easy and most people fail within the first 10 days.
How can you make sure that you will succeed forming a new habit?
Here are few tips;
- When you are starting new habits just start with one.
- Remember the first 10 days are the hardest.
- Have an accountability partner; it is not easy to break a promise you made to someone else. Unfortunately we are comfortable in letting us down. So having someone to be accountable for will massively increase your success with forming a new habit.
- Visualize you are performing that habit.
