Your Diet and Productivity

What’s Diet has to do with your productivity?

If you don’t have enough energy in your own body how can you be productive?

You need enormous amount of energy when you are focusing on different tasks. So, it is important that you pay attention to what you eat.

The other thing is that you want to increase your immunity, so that you won’t easily catch diseases.

You know if you are sick, leave increasing productivity alone because you won’t be able to anything!

I am sure you know by experience that when you eat fatty, sugary food you feel lethargic and that is the recipe to throw productivity out the door.

When you have a balanced diet with lots of fresh vegetables and fruits will help you keeping your energy levels up.

A good green smoothie is a good choice for breakfast.

Snack on fresh vegetables, fruit and nuts.

Include some kind of lean protein to your diet so that you will be full for a longer period of time.

I have found that having a small amount of carbohydrates 2 or 3 times a day for a snack really picks me up. Water also seems to help if I’m overly tired and it’s not time for a snack.
