Most people talk about how physical activity help with improving health & fitness.
When you think about this subject, this goes far beyond your general health and weight management.

These are neurotransmitters make us feel good, increase our energy and motivation.

The first step is to have a routine to do some form of physical exercise. It is best to choose something you enjoy, because then you are more likely to continue doing it.
