My husband and I recently joined a great gym. I have several reasons for liking it, the price it’s only $10 a month for each of us and no contract. It’s very bright, pretty colored and has a lot of good, clean well maintained machines. We had toured another gym and it was awlful, it looked and smelled like a “guy” gym and even my husband didn’t like it for me.

Goos stuff Bridget. You are right, you need to be comfortable with what you do, otherwise you will never continue.

I’m absolutely positive that your observations are correct. Even with that belief, I find it hard to make myself exercise. One day I’ll find a motivation that gets to me.

Thanks for reminding me that I need to work on this!

I recommend you include some form of physical activity to your daily routines. Then you know that it will get done.

Damayanthi, you are so natural in your videos. I feel like I’m sitting across from you and having a lovely conversation! I’m an ayurvedic consultant (Ayurveda is the Indian approach to health and well-being.). Ayurveda believes that the mind/body/spirit are inseparable and when we take care of one, we take care of the others!
