Pomodoro Technique® For Productivity

Post image for Pomodoro Technique® For Productivity

by Damayanthi

I came across Pomodoro Technique®  recently and adopted it to use it to work and rehabilitation I had to do after my shoulder surgery.

It helped me to get off the computer and do the exercises I was required to do.

It is very difficult for me to stop what I am doing until I finish it. Unfortunately this habit was affecting my rehabilitation plan.

So, I was blessed to find this technique and very grateful to Francesco Cirillo for creating this.

There is lot more to this than I can tell you. You can visit the official website http://www.pomodorotechnique.com/ to learn more.

Do you have any particular technique you use to get more done?

This is great advice. I have heard about breaking things down into smaller bites and taking a break. It really does help you and keep you from feeling like the task ahead is to daunting. Thank you for sharing this.

I love it too Michele. There are so many other aspects of this method that help you live in the present moment.

Let me know how you get on … using the tomato timer :)
