I came across Pomodoro Technique® recently and adopted it to use it to work and rehabilitation I had to do after my shoulder surgery.
It helped me to get off the computer and do the exercises I was required to do.
It is very difficult for me to stop what I am doing until I finish it. Unfortunately this habit was affecting my rehabilitation plan.
So, I was blessed to find this technique and very grateful to Francesco Cirillo for creating this.

This is great advice. I have heard about breaking things down into smaller bites and taking a break. It really does help you and keep you from feeling like the task ahead is to daunting. Thank you for sharing this.
You are so right Bridget. I love this technique and I think I will keep on using it
I love this idea Damayanthi!

Actually I think I will use my iPhone app for that..it’s a time on my phone…
I love it too Michele. There are so many other aspects of this method that help you live in the present moment.
