Great post. You are absolutely right, sometimes is a little hard to maintain focus by our self unless we have develop the discipline over a period of time or by training. It is so easy to go get side tracked specially online with all the distractions available.

its true working online does get one distracted. Your focus can be on yourself while on the internet. The world is filled with distraction. Make a goal and stick with it. sometime we need blinders and keep straight ahead.
