If you are looking to build a successful network marketing business and have a long-term vision, in my opinion you must have a web site.
This post was possible because I read “Book Yourself Solid” by Michael Port. If you haven’t heard about Michael or his book, you must check it out. Most of the points I discuss here are straight out of his book.
Ok, lets get on with it now…
WHY you need a web site for Internet Network Marketing?
Positions you as an expert
If you are on the mindset “my company gave me access to a replicated web site so I don’t need one” – Remember every single person in your MLM or network marketing company will have the same thing. So how are you going to stand out as an expert? Having your own site is the easiest way to share your knowledge with your target audience.
Builds your brand identity –
Your website represent you and your business in the market place hence your prospects can get to know you better. They can see the value of joining you in the business instead of someone else.
Reaches a global market –
You can easily market to the world. You may ask, what if my opportunity and products only available locally? You can reach the local market using the Internet and if your company expands you have already built the foundation to move forward. Also, remember this is your business and never make the mistake of only selling your opportunity, look for multiple streams of income & those can be global.
Creates a 24/7 passive revenue profit machine
If in case you haven’t noticed, the web never sleeps. It is like having a cash register around the clock! The best part is you can automate MOST of the processes so that you don’t have to sit there behind the computer to take money.
Help build your database of target prospects
You can have an opt-in form on your web site offering something of value in exchange for e-mail address of your prospect. Your email list is your asset in internet network marketing
Allows for filtering out unsuitable clients
All of your marketing material & content on your site can guide your prospect to know more about you and to determine whether they feel they’d be well suited to work with you. This alone will save so much time and energy you can put to good use elsewhere.
Provides an opportunity for bold self-expression
Your website is about you, use it as a vehicle to express yourself.
